Loan Amount: from 300 to 2,000 JD

Loan Term: Up to 24 months to new client

Up to 36 months to renewal client

Nominal Interest Rate:

• 300 – 1,000 JD – From 36 % – 42 % Annual Declining
• 1,001 – 2,000 JD – From 33 % – 39 % Annual Declining

* Note: Interest rate varies depending on the client’s credit history and commitment with monthly installments with FINCA Jordan. Eligibility for better rate will be validated with each renewal and based on the monthly installment commitment.

Application Fees :

• 300 – 500 JD – 5 JD per member to be deducted from loan amount of each member
•  501 – 2,000 JD – 1% of the loan (deducted from the total loan amount). Stamp fee and sales tax will also be deducted as per respective calculations.

Life Insurance Fees: Life insurance fees are calculated at a certain percentage according to the loan amount.

Sales tax on interest , fees and charges:

Interest, fees and all charges are subject to the 3% general sales tax . Also the disbursed loan amount is subject to the duty stamps law.

Repayment Frequency: Monthly

Required Documents:

• Copy of the national ID.
• Copy of family registration book.
• Business registration and Occupancy permit (If exist).

Effective Interest Rate (EIR):

• 300 – 1,000 JD – From 45.04 % – 58.55 %
• 1,001 – 2,000 JD – From 40.35 % 50.28 %
