In order to maintain employee relationship & maintain the culture of one team , FINCA Jordan held its annual team building day on Saturday 12th of September 2015 at “The Dome” avenue , Airport road .
The day was full of activities and games which creates healthy competition , fun and familiarity between FINCA employees from all branches , FINCA Jordan celebrated its 8th anniversary during the day .
