Under the Patronage of North Shounah district His Excellency Mr. Muaweya Al-Qudah and in the presence of Official institutions, civil society institutions, Banks, Women CBO’s representatives and Clients, FINCA Jordan organized a special event celebrating the opening North Shounah branch after expansion aiming to serve the largest possible number of entrepreneurs and small business owners in Jordan and to provide the best financial services for them.
Mr. Makhmud Saidakhmatov, FINCA Jordan CEO, welcomed the attendees and emphasized the main reason for exists FINCA Jordan is empower the local communities and develop it through helping people with low income.
From his part, His Excellency Mr. Muaweya Al-Qudah thanks FINCA Jordan Management for its leading role for the Citizens of North Shounah highlighting the importance of developing small and medium enterprises.
FINCA Jordan currently has more than 27 thousand active clients, approximately 2000 client from North Shounah and the vast majority of whom are home- base women from several governorates and sectors. Also Mr. Saddam Amayreh , FINCA Jordan CFO explained to the attendance that the company since launched its operations in 2007 at Jordan disbursed more than 150 thousand loan with financial value more than JD 100 million , in addition to the company seeks to expand its business with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
FINCA Jordan began its work in 2007, with the opening of the main office in Amman, and it is part of the FINCA Impact Finance Network which was founded in the United States since 1984, a group of 21 microfinance and financial institutions that provides socially responsible financial services and enables low-income entrepreneurs and small business owners to invest in the future.
During the ceremony FINCA Jordan presented its various financial services in addition to client’s participation sharing their success stories and the impact of FINCA in improving their businesses.
FINCA Jordan is launching a special Community Service initiative to the citizens of North Shouneh to enhance its role in supporting the local community and to emphasize its continued presence in service people of the region.
