As part of its yearly program, FINCA Jordan held it’s 2016 Staff Annual Meeting at Landmark Hotel, in the presence of Management Board and more than 150 employees from Head Office and Branches.
The main objective of the Staff Annual Meeting is to recognize employees and celebrate last year’s achievements.
During the meeting, the CEO, Mr. Makhmud SaedAkhmatov presented the company growth since 2007, and the portfolio per staff member, and focused on the importance of living FINCA Brand Attributes ( Warmth, Trust, responsible Banking )
The company recognized high performer employees based on technical and professional criteria, and awarded employees based on tenure. The meeting featured several activities; including recognition’s, folklore dancing, games, Mother’s Day celebration and lots of fun.
