Loan Amount:: From 5,000 to a maximum of JD 25,000.
- Loan term: up to 42 months, including a grace period of up to 12 months maximum.
Nominal Interest Rate:
- 9%interest rate,5% on the client, 4% is funded by the government, decreasing annual interest.
- Repayment Frequency: Monthly.
Required Documents:
– From the client:
- Copy of the national ID.
- Copy of family registration book.
- Business registration certification and occupancy permit.
- Business rental contract for the business.
- Official bills from the vendor.
- Bank statement.
- Bank statement is required from the account where post-dated cheques are issued.
- Total assists or revenue 100,000 JD
– From the guarantor:
At least one guarantor with proof of income In case there are bank cheques either from the client or from the guarantor, in the absence of bank cheques, two guarantor with income statement is must.
