Pursuant to the Insolvency Law No. 21 of 2018 and the decisions issued by the competent Insolvency Court, FINCA Microfinance Company is currently undergoing a court-approved reorganization process. Mr. Adnan Al Dardisi, Licensed Insolvency Administrator (License No. 2021003), continues to oversee the implementation of the approved reorganization plan in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Law. FINCA Microfinance Company continues to operate and manage its affairs in accordance with the approved reorganization plan and under the supervision of the Insolvency Administrator, with the objective of implementing the restructuring measures approved by the Court and creditors.
