It was decided in the above mentioned case , dated 3/26/2025, and in accordance with the provisions of Article (A&B/13) of Insolvency Law No. (21) of 2018, to declare the insolvency of the plaintiff, FINCA Microfinance Company , and to appoint the Legal Accountant Adnan Al Dardisi as an insolvency trustee, practice license No. (2021003), and his address is Amman – Wasfi Al-Tal Street – Building No. 79, 2nd floor, telephone number (0777388298), while the debtor retains the authority to manage their ordinary business under the supervision of the insolvency trustee.
