Joe Oriti has over 20 years working for investment banking, restructuring, and management consulting firms.  He provides business transformation and interim management services to companies, lenders, and private equity firms. He has served as advisor, officer, and/or fiduciary on behalf of his clients to conduct financial and operational assessments to identify strategic alternatives, improve operational and financial performance, increase enterprise value, and maximize recovery to all stakeholders.  Joe has extensive operations and finance experience serving in interim executive roles (e.g., President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance) in addition to independent director roles.
